Destinations and shipping charges

We currently accept orders for eligible United States addresses. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Supplier fulfillment

Our products ship directly from our suppliers. Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages, with separate tracking numbers.

Processing and delivery

Processing and transit times vary by product, supplier, and destination. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

If shipment is delayed beyond the applicable shipment deadline, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a prompt refund.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, you can find it in your shipping confirmation email or order-status page. Newly created tracking numbers may take time to show carrier updates.

Delivery problems
