Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Requesting a return

Email unitysupplycollc@gmail.com with your order number, item, and reason for return.

Wait for authorization, a return label, and instructions before shipping anything. Approved returns receive a supplier-provided label with no return-label or restocking fee.

Return addresses vary by supplier. Do not send items to our business contact address without instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and photos where appropriate so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

After the supplier receives, inspects, and approves your return, the approved refund is issued automatically to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. For incorrect or defective items, contact us to arrange an appropriate remedy, including applicable shipping charges.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
