What do you sell?

Our current selection includes home organization essentials and pet grooming tools supplied through Shopify Collective. Check each product page for available options, dimensions, and what is included.

How do I choose the right size or style?

Compare your drawer dimensions or grooming needs with the product details before ordering. If you are unsure, email unitysupplycollc@gmail.com for help.

Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?

We currently serve eligible addresses in the United States. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Processing and delivery estimates vary by supplier and destination. Review our Shipping Policy for details.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Products from different suppliers may arrive separately. Available tracking is provided for each shipment.

How do I track an order?

Use the order-status link in your confirmation or shipping email. A new tracking number may not show carrier scans until the carrier receives the package.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email unitysupplycollc@gmail.com promptly with your order number. We will check whether a change or cancellation is still possible. Changes may not be possible once supplier fulfillment has started.

How do I request a return?

Contact us within 30 days after delivery with your order number and reason for return. Eligible items must be unused, in the same condition received, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Wait for authorization and supplier return instructions before mailing anything.

A supplier-provided return label is supplied without a customer label fee or restocking fee. Once the supplier receives, inspects, and approves your return, the refund is automatically issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
